Juice of Trebbiano grapes is reduced over an open flame and with the first signs of fermentation the juice is transferred into wooden barrels where the aging process begins. As the juice evaporates it takes on the flavor of the wood infused by the barrels. Use authentic balsamic vinegar, it is truly superior. Net Weight: 25.3 oz.
