Crafted from Sant'Agatese olives, this dark yellow EVOO with green reflections features a delicate aroma with a slight taste of artichoke and hint of almonds. This fine oil has been selected by several NYC chefs. We're sure you will want this in your collection. Santisi best complements the Mediterranean diet when used with vegetables, fish, salads, and roasts. Our staffer created a lovely dinner of pasta with rappini with this Novello. This oil is also distinguished by the presence of Selenium (to a maximum of 110 mcg).
