Costa Dei Rosmarini Natural Balsamic Dressing 8.5 oz. 100% natural balsamic dressing made with simmered must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. Slowly aged in oak, chestnut, and cherry casks. San Michele dressing doesn't contain colourings, flavorings or caramel. Wonderful aroma from its balanced acidity. San Michele is suggested for grilled and boiled meats or fish. It is fantastic on foie gras, roast beef or carpaccio. Often used on salads, flakes of parmesan cheese but also on strawberries or vanilla ice cream. Imported from Italy, 8.5 oz.
